Xalapa, Ver.- Por los hechos ocurridos el pasado 2 de agosto en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social (CERESO) de Tuxpan, donde se registro un motin y el homicidio doloso de 9 reos, fueron vinculados a proceso los 3 ex custodios y 10 personas privadas de su libertad.<\/p>\n
La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado informo que se obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra Iv\u00e1n \u201cN\u201d y Roberto Cristian \u201cN\u201d, como probables responsables de los delitos de incumplimiento del deber legal y ejercicio indebido del servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n
Asimismo en contra de \u00d3scar Yair \u201cN\u201d, por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de ejercicio indebido del servicio p\u00fablico, los tres ex custodios del Penal de Tuxpan el d\u00eda de los hechos y a quienes se les dict\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n
En el proceso penal 127\/2025, se obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Iv\u00e1n Yamil \u201cN\u201d, Salvador \u201cN\u201d, Maury \u201cN\u201d, Arturo \u201cN\u201d, Antonio \u201cN\u201d, Eduardo \u201cN\u201d, Luis \u00c1ngel \u201cN\u201d, Carlos Felipe \u201cN\u201d, Ren\u00e9 Eduardo \u201cN\u201d y Vicente \u201cN\u201d, como probables responsables de los delitos de homicidio doloso calificado, mot\u00edn, estragos y lesiones dolosas calificadas.<\/p>\n
\u201cLos ahora vinculados son investigados por su probable participaci\u00f3n en los hechos ocurridos el pasado 2 de agosto al interior del Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Tuxpan\u201d.<\/p>\n
